The power of conversation, personal or professional, cannot be understated. When it comes to UI/UX Design, the customer’s insight oftentimes trumps a designer’s own artistic talents. In any service oriented business, the customer is the most important resource. Therefore, it is paramount that designers take the time to interview you, the customer, to gain information or insight. The Aforementioned insight can be pivotal in determining the final share and form your project would take.
We aim to determine what you, the customer thinks about a product or process. We employ this fundamental research method by investigating your behaviour or habits. This is because our goal is to learn as much as possible about your thought process and overall vision. We are after all servicing the customer and therefore want to approach the project with your vision rather than our own (ultimately, limited) views or perceptions.
